Abstract

The article continued study of the subject of the law science, initiated in the previous articles of the author in this magazine. Scientific literature, devoted to the study of problems of legal reality, is analyzed and the conclusion about the absence of a holistic subject of legal science, adversely affecting its effectiveness is made.
