RESEARCH LITERATURE ON THE MONUMENTS OF THE KUBAN COSSACKS LAW

Abstract

The degree of studying in the historic legal literature of the place and role of the Kuban Cossacks in 1860-1920 is analyzed. (Statements, Decrees, Addresses of the supreme power, etc.). The conclusion is made on the necessity of modern publishing of these documents, as they are not studied thoroughly by the scientists, because of difficulties of access to them. Republished monuments of law will widen our knowledge on the history of the Kuban cossacks, will aim at further investigation of the problems on the crossroad of historical and legal sciences.
