Abstract

Offered article is devoted to the analysis of legislation and judiciary practice about a change of the permitted use of land plots, by the example of the demolition of unauthorized constructions, and the problems of the legal mechanism that protect rights of the citizens. At the conclusion of the article the author makes proposals for changes to existing legislation.
