Abstract

The given article touches problems of collection and the analysis of the data about criminality, their further data and constructions on the basis of the received results of the state statistics on which base the criminal pol-icy in the country is under construction. Considering that fact that the data about criminality is regularly de-formed as for the reasons natural, and artificial, following of unfair work of the state structures, simply vital new model of registration and the analysis of crimes which is offered by the author of the given article.
