THE EXPERIENCE OF RECONSTRUCTION OF THE RUSSIANS’ LAW TRADITIONS BASED ON THE ACTS OF THE RUSSIAN EMPIRE

Abstract

In this article the author considers the historical –law forms based on reconstructive methods of cogni-tion. On the basis of this methodology the decrees of the Russian Emperors and the XVIII -th –early XX – th century Senate are analyzed. The author proves that the official acts of the Russian Empire authorities (at least in the field of regulating peasants’ law relations) were not free from the influence of the Russian law traditions.
