TOOLS LABOR REGULATIONS IN A MARKET ECONOMY AND A COMMAND ECONOMY (HISTORY)

Abstract

The article traced the history of changes in means of legal regulation of labor, depending on the nature of the economy. It is shown that in a market economy people are attracted to work economic incentives, legal means aimed at protecting the interests of the employee, and in the conditions of a command economy by legal means is carried out extra-economic coercion to work, although the protective function is also saved.
