THE DOCTRINE OF FOOD SECURITY IN RUSSIA: FORMATION, LEGISLATIVE CONTROL, PROBLEMS OF PRACTICAL REALIZATION

Abstract

The article deals with the basic political and legislate approaches to the ensuring of food security in Russia. It also defnes the role of food security in the system of national security of the Russian Federation. The article reveals the reasons of the adoption of food security doctrine in the Russian Federation and considers its main regulations. Authors analyze the Russian legislation in supplying the state demands in food and its doctrinal gaps in post-perestroika period of the socio-political and economic development of Russia.
