Abstract

The article analyzes the results of the creative assignment perfomed by the masteŕ¢s degree students, majoring in Criminal Law, Criminology, Criminal Executive Law. The assignment involved presenting to the audience a professional portrait of one of the outstanding lawyers of the past or present. Generalizing the students¢ choicethe author comes to the conclusion that many complex problems of the legal activities and higher legal aducation can be realized and solved, taking into account personal and professional characteristics of the best personalities in the science and practice of Law.
