ADMINISTRATIVE-LEGAL REFORM OF CONTROL AND SUPERVISION IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract

In presented article the author analyzes the issue of effective implementation of state and municipal control and supervision and the actual problems of legislation in this matter. Special attention is paid to consideration of the concept of the bill, aimed at solving the existing problems. The aim of this work is to formulate the opportunities to enhance the legislation, which can be triggered by the adoption of the draft law. Summing up his research, the author summarizes the proposed developments and concludes about their absolute relevance.
