Abstract

In article concepts of the legal nature of regional integration associations and set of the international legal norms resulting their activity are generalised. On an example of the power right of the European Union and rules of law about branch cooperation of the Euroasian integration associations value of power aspects for formation of legal bases of uniform economic space comes to light.
