Abstract

The work is devoted to the problems of the implementation of constitutional prescriptions as an important component of the process of forming the constitutional legal culture of the population and representatives of public authority. Based on the analysis of the current constitutional legal policy, the author concludes that there is a clear discrepancy between the actual and legal constitution, which is the main obstacle to the improvement of the constitutional and legal culture of Russians.
