Abstract

Analysis of the institute of state cadastral valuation of real estate for tax purposes is aimed at identifying the potential of legal science to solve the problems of public administration and the economy, creating a social mechanism necessary to achieve results in a regulated sphere. The author, on the basis of the theoretical works of legal scholars on the social foundations of law, the theory of legal relations, the criticism of positivism, came to the conclusion that the current institute of state cadastral valuation was imperfect.
