Abstract

The article discusses the state of modern criminal procedure legislation, notes its instability and imperfection. The jurisprudence in criminal cases involving jurors and the problems that arise are analyzed. Based on the research, it is concluded that the institute of jury trials showed our country not only its imperfection and unacceptability, but also the irreparable harm inflicted on the administration of justice.
