Abstract

According to the introduction of amendments to the legislation on procurement by certain legal entities, self-employed citizens were equated in their status with small and medium-sized businesses. Such changes in the law radically change the legal status of self-employed citizens, whose activities were not previously classified as entrepreneurial. In this regard, the article analyzes the new provisions of the Federal Law of December 27, 2019, N 474-FZ "On Amendments to Article 25.1 of the Federal Law" On the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses in the Russian Federation "and Article 8 of the Federal Law" On Procurement goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities."
