Abstract

The aim of this article is to analyze the phenomenon of innovation, innovative activities in the legislation of the Russian Federation, singling out the legal problems and their regulatory consolidation, working out unambiguous, correct definitions of «innovation», «innovative activities», «innovative products» aimed at improving of the Russian legal framework in this area.
