Abstract

In the article transformation of the Russian media law and process of adaptation of it to the realities of political system and political practices for the twenty years of democratic reforms are analyzed. The emphasis is made on such a sphere of social relations as the sphere of information security. Tendencies and tasks of the electronic democracy (electronic management) in Russia are significantly highlighted the problems, raised by the author.
