THE PROBLEMS OF THE ROME POSSESSION

Abstract

In connection with reform of the Civil code of the Russian Federation and inclusion of the special chapter about possession the great attention of the Russian lawyers is turned into it to possession and, in particular, to the Roman possession as to the predecessor of modern institute of possession. In article sights of outstanding novelists on controversial problems of the Roman possession are considered.
