THE ROLE OF CONSTITUTIONAL LEGISLATION IN MODERNIZATION OF THE POLITICAL SYSTEM OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract

This article focuses on the disclosure of the role of constitutional law to modernize the political system of society. The author gives a description of the problems of constitutional regulation of the legislative, executive and judicial authorities, analyzes of presidential constitutional problems, the prosecution, the control, the election, the banking and financial authorities stopped on the characteristics of the constitutional power of legislative regulation of the media and social networks.
