MODERNIZATION OF THE LEGAL INSTITUTE OF NATURAL OBJECT OF PROPERTY IN THE LIGHT OF THE PROJECT OF THE CIVIL CODE OF THE RF

Abstract

The article is devoted to the legal ownership of natural objects in the light of the reform of the civil legislation aimed at strengthening civil legal regulation of relations in the data. Draft amendments to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, part of the determination of ownership of natural objects have significant shortcomings that could lead to greater societal conflict of interest of citizens in the natural right of enjoyment of the environment, and property interests of the owners of natural objects. In order to address the aforementioned contradiction we propose the development of Institute of national heritage in natural objects that have the highest social value.
