THE MAIN DIRECTIONS OF THE OPTIMIZATION OF THE STATE MIGRATION POLICY OF RUSSIA

Abstract

Рolitical and economical transformations in the modern world, started in the second half of the 20th century including, first of all, decolonization of the third world, globalization of economical relations and increase of social polarization on a world scale caused a multiple growth of migratory processes which had become popular by the end of the 20th century and affected almost every country all over the world. Migration, which became one of the key challenges of the 21th century, entailed a number of serious problems worldwide and this explains why the author addresses the problem of migration in the aspect of political science.
