Abstract

In the article description is given evolution of ordinary right for Daghestan in the second half of XIX в. In this period an ordinary right for the people of Daghestan was exposed to the substantial evolution. It touched including systems of punishments. On this process substantial influence rendered an imperial legislation. That became the result of this process that a normatively-legal culture acquires a completely another kind.
