Abstract

The article covers issues on the ratio of control and supervision in the activities of the Federal bodies of Executive power. The conclusion is made about the necessity of a clear legislative consolidation of the powers of the Federal ministries in the exercise of supervision over the condition and development of a particular sphere of state governance.
