Abstract

In the article the author examines the complex problem of determination of the subject of philosophy of law, considering that this is the most General regularities of the origin, development, functioning and forecasting of the development of the law, its relation with the government, other social norms and the justice of the criticism of the existing theories of state and law, describes methods of research of the philosophy of law.
