Abstract

The article gives an analysis on different common law sources and their place and role in particular historical periods, as well as their nature, the mechanism of their functioning and interaction. The example of the particular legal relations proves that inner sources state directly the condition of common law, while outer resources interpret the subjective perception of common law by people.
