Abstract

The article analyzes and discusses the main technical-legal and philosophical-legal grounds of the notion “dignity of the person” in the Russian and foreign law; conclusions are made on the perspective of its methodological working out, taking into account socio-cultural originality of the legal systems and religious roots of this notion.
