CRITERIA DISTINCTIONS OF MARRIAGE FROM OTHER "SIMILAR TO MARRIAGE" RELATIONS

Abstract

The article offers to consider the subject of living together as the subjects of family, but not marriage legal relations, and, consequently, to refer them to the category of “the family members” together with other members of family legal relations. The conclusion is made that according to the criteria of distinction between marriage and other relations “similar to marriage” it is necessary to refer the stability of the marriage union and morality. Any other relations which are “similar to marriage” are only the illusion of a family.
