LEGAL CATEGORIES "FAMILY" AND "MEMBERS OF THE FAMILY" IN FAMILY, CIVIL AND HOUSING LAW: PROBLEMS OF CORRELATION

Abstract

In the article the problem of legal definition of «family», «members of the family» in norms of various branches of the legislation is considered: family, civil, housing. It is noted that the concept of the member of the family is transformed in each branch under the functional basis which purposes are put in it, without a system ratio of the specified concept that breaks universality of legal regulation. Development of the general approaches is necessary for ensuring system regulation of the property and non-property relations in a family to definition of a family, members of the family, the former members of the family.
