THE PROBLEMS OF LEGITIMATION OF THE RUSSIAN LAW: TRACLITIONS AND PROGRESSIVENESS

Abstract

The article analyzes the problems of legitimation of the Russian law in modern conditions. The author researches the connection between culture and legitimation of law in the aspect of socio-cultural peculiarity of the Russian society. The conclusion is made on the use of algorithms of the Russian culture (as a special type of civilization) in solving of analytical and practical tasks of ligitimation and law development, taking into account the dynamics of global culture, which is compatible with postindustrial economic connections.
