Abstract

Essential changes are made to the Housing code of the Russian Federation concerning legal regulation overhaul of multi-room houses. This work is devoted to the legal analysis innovations in this sphere. Article also contains the practical recommendations to owners of apartments in relation of advantages and defects of application of new rules of law.
