Abstract

This article analyzes the various approaches to the understanding of rights, existing jurisprudence. Special attention is given to two main types of law: legal and legist. The author dwells also on the characteristics of positive, normative, philosophical and integral types of law. The article makes a number of proposals, that characterize the features of methodological approaches to the disclosure of the concept and spirit of the law.
