Abstract

The article analyzes the problems that accompany the institutionalization of local self-government in Russia at the present stage in the context of political modernization and the transition to a democratic regime. The unresolved issues in the field of local self-government doesn’t allow it to institutionalize and integrate into society organizations as an effective element of civil society than the reason for the high relevance of this article.
