CORRUPTION-CAUSING FACTORS IN THE DRAFT OF THE STATE FAMILY POLICY CONCEPTION VALID THROUGH 2025

Abstract

This paper gives the analysis of the State Family Policy Conception draft for the period until 2025 which was prepared by the working group № 1 of the Coordination Council under the President of the Russian Fed-eration responsible for realization of National Strategy upon action in the interest of children for 2012-2017. The author looks into corruption-causing factors, makes a conclusion on the prerequisite breaches of the family rights and interests in Russia.
