Abstract

This article analyzes the dynamics of changes of the insurance legislation, beginning with the first insurance law, including the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and up to present day, including the strategy of devel-opment of the insurance market. The article analyzes also the changes of legislation regarding the public bodies supervising the subjects of the insurance business.
