Abstract

This article explores the correlation concepts “system" and "structure" in relation to the Executive Govern-ment authorities. Some changes in legislation in connection with the introduction of Federal districts are ana-lyzed, as well as the author attempts to comprehend and to draw some conclusions about the changes to the system and structure of federal bodies of executive power.
