Abstract

The article discusses the current problem of the relation, interaction and interpenetration of modern international law and constitutional law of the Russian Federation. Shows the effect of the constitutional right to international law and the opposite effect of the latter on a constitutional righ. Analyzed the problem of conflicts arising between the international and constitutional law, law enforcement. The article considers the role of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in the implementation of the mechanism of interaction between international and domestic law.
