ABOUT THE PLACE AND THE ROLE OF THE ARBITRATION COURTS IN THE KABARDA''S JURIDICAL SYSTEM AT THE END OF THE XVIII - XIX CENTURY

Abstract

In the article the role and a place of the arbitration (intermediary) courts in the Kabarda's judicial system at the end of the XVIII XIX century is defined. On the basis of the analysis of a wide range of the sources and literature is established that during this period trial those elements of traditional legal culture of the Kabardians which didn't contradict the Russian laws were applied.
