ON THE LEGALITY OF ACTIONS IN SELF-DEFENSE

Abstract

The paper deals with the legal concept of «legitimate defense», studied the position of the Supreme court of the Russian Federation in relation to legitimate the actions in the state of necessary defense for different subjects. The reported diffculties of application of the criminal law in individual cases, created in procedure of defnition of “defense excess”, you should rely on clarifcations of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
