SOCIO-ECONOMIC PROVISION OF CHANGES IN THE CRIMINAL CODE OF THE RF

Abstract

Legislature on the struggle with the crime during all the years of reforms has been permanently criticized of specialists. He reason for it is existence of a large number of amendments, their low quality, the gap between legal rules and life. The article analyzes the dependence of changes in chapter 22 of the RF Criminal Code (on the crimes in the sphere of economic activities ) on macroeconomic criteria of the country development.
