INVOLVEMENT OF AN UNDER-AGED PERSON IN ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOR: RUSSIAN AND BELARUSIAN EXPERIENCE OF LEGISLATIVE RESPONSIBILITY

Abstract

The article considers the evolution of criminal-legal assessment of involving an under-aged person in antisocial behaviour in the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation, and also in the theory of criminal law. The approaches of the Belarusian and Russian scientists to the defnition of involvement in antisocial behaviour and its expiry are analized. Attention is drawn to the need to respect the principle of consistency with sanctions ensuring accountability for the considered a crime.
