Abstract

The article analyzes the main theoretical models of the phenomenon of security in the context of different approaches to understanding the categories of «public», «national» and «constitutional safety.» The author substantiates the need for a comprehensive theoretical and legal support for state, national and constitutional security in the context of developing optimal legislative countermeasures relevant threats.
