Abstract

The article examines the international legal content transit of electricity and natural gas energy transport system across the land. An analysis of the standards set forth in the Energy Charter Treaty, the draft Transit Protocol, the sources of law regional integration, concludes the special legal nature of the relevant inter-state relations.
