Abstract

The article considers the issues of the improvement of some constitutional and judicial norms of the Constitution of the Republic of South Ossetia and of the Republic of South Ossetia. It proposes to include to the above mentioned constitutions the concept and the characteristic of a social state. It also gives the analysis of the regulation of the land relationships and of the problem of formation of state ideology.
