DISPUTABLE ISSUES OF BRANCH BELONGING TO THE AGREEMENT ON TARGETED TRAINING

Abstract

The article attempts to specify the legal nature of an agreement on targeted training. Its characteristics are analyzed and compared with those of an apprenticeship contract established in Russian labor law. Basing on the objective of concluding this agreement, the author substantiates the necessity of introducing the legislative norm that would permit to apply the provisions of the RF Labor Code and the normative acts regulating labor and other associated relations to the relations arising from an agreement on targeted training.
