HISTORY OF ORIGIN AND FORMATION OF VERIFICATION OF INDICATIONS ON THE PLACE

Abstract

In article stages of origin, formation and development of verification of indications on a place, since the middle of the last century and are considered so far. The valid conclusion that verification of indications on a place has pronounced complex character and has in the nature fragments of such investigative actions as survey, interrogation, presentation for an identification, investigative experiment. The author considers that inclusion of verification of indications on a place in the Criminal Procedure Code, introduced the amendments in certain provisions of the law that, naturally, was reflected in investigative tactics.
