Abstract

In this paper we examined the relation of law, of legal consciousness and their relationship with the axioms of the legal consciousness. The article assesses therole and place of the axioms of the legal consciousness. The existing defnitions of the axioms of the legal consciousnessare analyzed. Given the author’s defnition of the axioms of the legal consciousness.
