Abstract

The article analyzes the problem of the legistsky positivism as a form of legal positivism. Illustrates the history and development of this type of law, specifcally investigated the question of the historical roots of legal positivism in Russia. The characteristic of the main features of the legistky positivism. Investigated its distribution in jurisprudence, law-making and law-enforcement activities in Russia.
