PROBLEM OF LEGISLATIVE REGULATION OF BIRTH RATE IN THE THIRD REICH

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the Nazi authorities’ policy aimed at the stimulation of the rising of a birthrate and of its legislative base. A special attention is paid to the preferences granting to the families with a large number of valuable from racial point of view children and to the failure of the National Socialists’ attempts transformation of the Germany in the country of polychildren families.
