Abstract

The article develops the modern aspects of the actuality of historicаl-law researches. The author proves the possibility of extrapolation of the historicаl-law researches basic results onto the contemporary Russian society. The article aslo points out the fact that the power of the traditionalism in Russian society fills new poltical and law institutions with some old content.
