Abstract

The analysis of the concept «subject of a crime» is presented in this article on the basis of comparative and legal research of the Slovak and Russian criminal law. Also analyzed such obligatory attributes of the subject, as age of criminal responsibility and criminal sanity. The special attention is paid to the criminal liability of legal persons which introduction in Slovakia on May 2015.
