Abstract

The article analyzes the legal regulation of the procedural guarantees of legality and validity of the indictment. The necessity of granting the prosecutor the right to cancel the decision to bring charges with the ability to give instructions to the change in the charge or qualifying the defendants' actions outlining the specific circumstances to be investigated.
